Apart from defective items, all sales are final, and no refunds are given.
Dreadful Inc honors refund requests within 7 business days of shipment receipt, and only for defective items. Refunds will be processed after defective items are returned. Please notify us of these issues within 48 hours of receipt: [email protected]

WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
